<p>when i login jabber from my desktop/laptop, i can access voicemail without any issue. but if i login via IPhone the voicemail service keep reconnecting and gives the following error.</p>

<p>"cannot connect to voicemail server. check your network settings. Reconnect"</p>

</p>

<p>I face this issue when i connect either internally (wifi) or via mobile data. please suggest what could be the cause of this issue. </p>
