<div dir="ltr">Thanks for that Anthony, but something else that was in that presentation that I didn't know about, was the 8.6 or older installs. If the license isn't migrated prior to Dec 1, the customer will have to purchase the licenses again when they upgrade to 9.x or higher. <div dir="ltr">I don't have an answer for you, but you reminded me that UCCX 11.6 is setting the new standard for ISOs. The UCCX 11.6 ISO on CCO for upgrading, is also bootable, and can be used for fresh installs as well. Get on board IM&P, so people don't
have to create their own bootable media.
