One of the issues that we incurring is that agents in teams can see the other team members. That is not a bad thing but some are now questioning what their team members are doing which again is not a bad thing but ….. We certainly can put them all in individual teams and assign each of them to the CSQ but have any of you, who have much greater experience with Finesse than I, know how I can keep them in one team but not allow them to see each other’s status.
