I am able to resolve _cisco-uds from my laptop (using the same dns as exp c). and i can see the exp c resolved cucm ip address as well. i took logs of both 2xexpressway E and Expressway C. i upload logs on Collaboration solutions Analyzer. see the attached
logs and error. it seems like i have to reboot exp c.

<p style="margin-top:0; margin-bottom:0">External Jabber was working before. In January, Expressway C certificate was expired. I installed new client and server certificate on C and also uploaded root certificate on E. After that i reboot both Expressway C
and E. After that, i was able to login externally but phone service is not working and i am not able make calls.</p>
