<div dir="ltr">I've seen the RDP disappear for a user on CUCM 11.5 as well with only one LDAP directory entry. Not sure if the location in AD changed for the user when it occurred but the audit logs did not show the RDP being deleted by anyone when it happened. CUCM keeps track of the Object ID so things like first name/last name changes won't break either.
