I’m using a 532 with a DX80 and have been pretty happy with it.  I’ve gotten good feedback on audio quality and background noise as well.

<div>For softphones, I always have customers complaining of different software taking control of the headset and breaking audio for CIPC/Jabber.  If this can address those issues, it's definitely worth the premium price point and will help me to start
 pushing customers more towards softphones.</div>
