We have a CME system that has been working with via a T1 PRI QSIG connection. MWI and voicemail worked fine with Unity Connection. The users on this system have been migrated to Exchange UM. Voicemail is working but not MWI. With the
Exchange integration, it’s a SIP trunk and from Exchange and CUCM, then it goes thru an MGCP gateway via QSGI digital PRI to the CME router. With Exchange, there are no MWI numbers for CME to point to. Anyone have any insight on what to do to get this working?
The T1 link cannot be converted to SIP.
