<div>This is new deployment, i have configured CUAC Advanced 12. i have to integrate CUAC with Cisco IM&Presence. i have configured following settings on CUAC advanced Engineering > Presence Management > Unified (IM and Presence).</div>

<div>domain: domain.not.set (got this value from im and presence system > cluster topology > settings</div>

<div>i have also configured inbound and outbound ACL on IM and presence to be "ALL". </div>

<p style="margin-top:0; margin-bottom:0">I will be installing CUAC 12 advanced and integrating with CUCM. Customer have existing ARC console and have many speed dial entries. is there a way we can bulk upload speed dial entries so each agent dont have to add
speed dial entries manually.</p>
