I hear ya. I may not be describing it correctly. It was in the Win2K days and I recall that when we entered all the details for the task, including a password to either mount or access something, then click schedule (running as system not a user I believe)
the final product was not reverse engineer-able or editable. If we wanted to make changes, we had to create a new scheduled task.

Nothing, unfortunately. I haven’t had the opportunity to research options and build a solution. Quite honestly, I’ve been stuck on password requirements. I don’t feel comfortable storing passwords in plaint text, regardless of permissions.
