<p class="MsoNormal">We have recently rolled out Cisco 8851 phones, and I am getting a problem where end users are lifting the phone handset to make a call and selecting a line other than their primary.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I have checked, and both the physical device and users UDP profile are set select primary line for calls.<o:p></o:p></p>
