I should mention, that normally I would open a PDI case for this type of<br>
question, however, it seems as though PDI dropped support for UCCX.  If<br>
this thread doesn't get any traction, I might just open a similar case for<br>
CUCM.  I thought I'd try a quick check here first.<br>
