Or just wait a while, because I've seen Jabber "detect changes" before. Or click Help > Refresh Configuration, or reboot your computer, or do whatever you want to make the change take effect, because there's likely a dozen different ways to solve that.</div><div><br></div><div>ViewMail is...well...I'm not quite sure how you set that up. This is a product I have very little knowledge on, but I do know how to google, and <a href="https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/vmo/release/notes/b_1201cucvmorn.html#id_12625">it looks like the server name can be set by the administrator</a> so that the server name is prepopulated for the user.
