<div dir="ltr">They do. We had to set up a stand-alone TFTP server with options Enabled on a dummy network. When you do the factory reset it picks up all the attributes from the dummy network instead of the production network and cashes those. According to
TAC that was the only way to do a factory reset and Production data wipe on a 7900 phone although I have received incorrect before. </div>

<div>Adam, I've always been under the impression that either of these options require DHCP Option 150 with a working TFTP and files to work properly. Are you saying they don't? I've never tested it though.</div>
