While RackMoneky might be dead - you might want to look at at RackSmith 
(available at http://http://racksmith.net/ )

It's very much in an alpha state right now - but its showing a lot of promise.

Wow, had never run across that one before.  Too bad development
stagnated.

Anyone aware of _commercial_ products that do this sort of thing?
