[dc-ops] Environmental Monitoring - what do you use?

I'm looking at what people use for monitoring temperature, power,
water (in-band / out-of-band notification) for their racks especially
when you have small closets at an off site locations or small data
centers.  Mine are not maned 24x7 and in some cases won't be visited
unless/until there is a problem.
