In order to approve this, I need an agenda suitable for submission to
agenda at ietf.org. (follow the guidelines in
http://www.ietf.cnri.reston.va.us/meetings/req_meet.html). This needs
to be done ASAP, as Friday is the scheduling deadline.

Will one hour suffice?
