[e-nsp] Extreme 48i1

I have an Extreme 48i1 switch I am working with, I am new to extreme gear. 

I am getting the following failure in regard to port 1 on the switch and 
was wondering if this is a pure hardware failure, or something which can 
be repaired.  Any feedback or info is appreciated.
