[e-nsp] Cannot create a new vlan Error message?

Hi,
I have 15 VLANs configured on my Extreme Alpine with no problems.

But today when I tried to create another one I got the ERROR message below.

My_Alpine:14 # create vlan TEST
ERROR: Cannot create vlan "TEST"
My_Alpine:15 #
-------------------------------------------------------------

The license in the Alpine should be a 'Full Layer 3' but is there any other 
limitations that I should be aware of?
