[e-nsp] can no add port to vlan

hello,
I'am new in here.

I have an Alpine 3808 L3, and recently, I can not add any new port to any 
vlan.

I have removed port 3:1 from vlan default - successfully. Then I wanted to 
add port 3:1 to vlan voip-internal as tagged port (FM-32Ti module).
The answer is:
Alpine3808:13 # config vlan voip-internal add ports 3 : 1 tagged
ERROR: Cannot add port 3:1 to vlan "voip-internal" ; Virtual Port limit of 
65520 is reached

trying to put port 3:1 back to vlan default:
Alpine3808:14 # config vlan default add ports 3 : 1 untagged
ERROR: Cannot add port 3:1 to vlan "Default" ; Virtual Port limit of 65520 
is reached

Primary EW Ver:   7.4.3.5 [ssh] [wlan]

Do you have any hint what to do ? I don't want to reboot the switch if not 
necessary.
