[e-nsp] vlan counters from interface on Alpine

show ports vlan x stats shows you VLAN stats for ports that the VLAN
belong to.
Not sure about the snmp OIDs though, but I guess it´s possible.
I use cacti to create graphs to monitor traffic. No problem to monitor
physical ports & rif, but VLAN doesn't work.
