Hello All,
After doing some research and speaking to an Extreme tech I believe the
switch is SOL. I have read the command/software guide and found that with
Extreme you can only download an image and unfortunately our switch fell off
support in December in 2007 which I had no idea (I am the new guy). I am a
Cisco guy and now I must learn Extreme which does not seem to be that hard
since I have done some research. I am awaiting a price to bring the
switches back under contract and if so will not let this happen again. Also
I have corrected the power problem so we will be "A" ok. I appreciate the
help of all those who responded on this list. Thanks so much.
