And if that isn't working and you have AHR for your boxes then you might have to get a replacement.

I'd try to load fresh code onto the flash and see if it works. It's possible the image has been corrupted.

Does anyone have any ideas to try?  Does this look like a hardware or software problem?  I can get into the bootloader but there isn't much you can do from there, and the documentation is severely lacking.
