[e-nsp] SNMP - OIDs to use to get info about Extreme Switches?

Hi,
We are implementing a monitor solution based on Nagios. 
 
I have managed to find the OIDs for:
- Temperature 
- Uptime 
- SW version
- CPU
 
But I can't find which OIDs to query to get info about:
- Status of each power units (the x460 got two...)
- Number of VLANs configured in the switch
- HW model of the unit
 
Info about the switch I am testing with.
Hardware: X460-48t 
Software: 12.5.1.6
 
I am also interested to know if there are other things we should monitor via SNMP. 
We only run the switches in Layer2.
