Hi, it's not possible.
However you can use Extreme SDK
<http://tech.extremenetworks.com/solutions/Insite.aspx> to get this
information.
Please note, on some old EXoS releases there was memory depletion issue
when you get transceiver's DDMI info (quite slow but once in a half year
switch might reboot). So, I suggest you to draw memory usage graph and
upgrade switch if you face one.
