How about if you put these (10G) modules into some other switches/routers ?
It looks like some random/errorous data read via I2C. Do you have any
faults in switch log ?
What is show in show port 19 trans in detail ?
Eventually, debug hal show optic slot 1 port 19

We use a lot of SFP+ from xbest.pl, sourced from e-optolink and we have
no problems on extreme.
Also 40G QSFP+ modules are fine.
No experience with 100G
