Hello,

I have checked the archives from 2003 to now and could not find this anywhere. Here is my problem:

I have a Extreme Summit 400-48t lost power for about 5-12 secs (UPS failure/problem) but powered back on after power was restored and none of the ports worked. I have an exact copy of this switch running as well and it fired back up without a problem unlike this one.
I thought about reloading the image but can not use the ports to do a tftp. Can some one explain also how to configure the management port on the back to do this if possible. I am a Cisco person not extreme but I am learning.
