[F10-nsp] sflow problem

Keio-san,

The absence of 'sFlow' in 'show inventory' is due to PR60450, which will
be fixed in an upcoming release.

Regarding the other issue with not sending sFlow samples, please open a
case with either your reseller or Force10 TAC so we can troubleshoot the
issue.
