[f-nsp] Lower end items syslogging to FreeBSD

Hi,

	I'd like to hear offlist from anyone that is using lower end Foundry
equipment (FWS4802, FSLB8) and syslogging to FreeBSD. For some reason as
perfect as the packet looks, and as well as I've set up my syslog.conf, I
can't get it to log.
