[f-nsp] Limitation in number of bgp-communities leads to closure of bgp-session - possible bug?

I just wanted to add that the problem disappears when the remote bgp-router
no longer sends any bgp-communities at all.
Currently I cannot remove the prefixes with too many communities so that I
can't completely reproduce this situation but the occurence of the problem
correlates with a moment where the upstream started sending more communities
than before.
