[f-nsp] BigIron 4000 and Full Internet Table

I understand that the full table fitting in ram should be fine. But I am
hearing issues regarding the flows causing CPU to increase. Can someone
elaborate?

The RAM size should be not a problem: I have ~300M free of RAM on my M4 with
1 
eBGP peer (full table) and 4 iBGP peers.
