Technically speaking, Foundry has never done flow based routing/forwarding,
it has always been prefix based. :)

<nitpick>
The only time a Foundry box (well a routing box at any rate, not talking 
load balancers here) even installed forwarding entries in "more specific 
than prefix form" was when doing arp-resolved directly connected 
interfaces on older code. For example, if you did:

interface ethernet1/1
 ip address 1.2.0.1/16

And then did a port scan of 1.2.0.0/16, it would try to use a CAM entry 
for each directly connected /32 it resolved via arp, and Bad Things (tm) 
would happen.
