i dont know if there exist a pkts/*s* OID but you (or your nms of 
your choice) should be able to derive the values easily from the 
stadard packet counter OIDs:

 interfaces.ifTable.ifEntry.ifInUcastPkts
 interfaces.ifTable.ifEntry.ifOutUcastPkts
