[f-nsp] Foundry MPLS tips/tricks/examples/suggestions

Anybody have any recommendations for how to get started with MPLS on
Foundry routers to do the simplest point to point virtual circuits on a
network already running layer3 OSPF and BGP everywhere?

I.e. suggestions of URLs or books to read would be great!
