ok icky, you're polluting the routing table with 5x as many routes as is needed, this is not a good thing altho it isnt the cause of your trouble

have you checked your foundries are announcing the correct prefixes to each provider (sh ip bgp ne <x> advertised-routes)

then can you ask provider 2 what routes they are seeing.. alternatively find a public looking glass and look for some evidence of the routes.. or paste the routes here and i'll take a look in my Renesys Routing Intelligence tool..

check the above and if you're unsure can you provide some specifics - config and what the routes and providers are?
