[f-nsp] Foundry Router Software Wishlist

The biggest pain in my butt is the lack of a "portable" or  
"rewritable" TFTP config. For example, if you copy a running-config  
to the TFTP server and then conf net it back to the router/switch,  
you get tons of errors, whereas the same function on Cisco IOS  
devices are flawless. You run into the device doing things like not  
allowing you to enter interface config mode for the second (or third  
or fourth) interface of a link-aggregate, VLAN reassignments failing,  
and other issues.
