Does BGP peer, interface packet and bandwidth, SLA, paging, email alert. 
customer views, and much more.
It use standard MIBS for discovery and query. The configuration is 
stored in MySQL or PostgreSQL.
It uses RRD for stockage so expect plenty of disk IO (but it can easily 
be clustered).
