Hi.
I am running ver 07.4.00T12 on serveriron XL with 400 MHz Power PC
processor 740 (revision 8) with 32756K bytes of DRAM. We have been running
on these specs for a while now, without seeing the problem I am seeing now
with a specific customer.
The issue is, verified via testing. running a test against a vip, of 50
thousand requests, 1 out of 1000 are being dropped. It is not restricted
to
http or any particular protocol. And running the test directly against the
servers themselves reveals no drops. I have checked through the foundry
docs and cannot find any limit in the OS that would account for this.
I have verified this problem as well on the another load balancer (to
tentatively rule out hardware).
I apologize for the vagueness of the question, but has anyone else
experienced something similar to this? Is there a limit I'm missing here?
Could it be a bug in 7.4?
Thanks for any insight, as I'm kind of banging my head against a wall on
this. here is the output of sh server and sh server sessions.
