[f-nsp] SNMP oid snBgp4NeighOperStatus completely empty

Hya Guys,

Suddenly after moving some peer neighbors to /dev/null. My snmp requests 
to snBgp4NeighOperStatus (1.3.6.1.4.1.1991.1.2.11.15)
returns no output anymore. Some things I checked:
- Other snmp requests do work
- logs shows nothing bad
- I did NOT reboot router yet

I hope anyone has a clue what this problem could be :)
