[f-nsp] BGP between XMRs (or from XMR to Juniper)

I think you need to specify a "network 1.2.3.0/24" to tell the XMR
which network(s) to advertise. By default it only advertises route
redistributed from OSPF, ISIS, RIP or connected routes.

What firmware version is it running?
