[f-nsp] I need a FE port on a XMR... what do I do? :-)

I'm not aware of any way this is possible.  Just like it isn't possible 
to export sFlow datagrams over that interface.

If you want an FE port for anything besides management you'll have to 
buy an appropriate linecard, I'm afraid.
