[f-nsp] Debug to ssh session

Hi,

	Trying to get a debug to my SSH session and it just isn't
cooperating...

	In my config I have :

logging host LOCAL.SYSLOG.SERVER.IP
logging buffered 1000
no logging enable user-login
logging console

	And I log on and type :

# debug ip icmp event
         ICMP:  events debugging is on
# debug ip icmp packet
         ICMP:  packets debugging is on
# terminal monitor
Syslog trace was turned ON


	I ping the router, and no luck.

	Where am I going wrong?
