[f-nsp] Clear TCP conn / Determine BGP updates?

debug ip bgp updates ?
ASCII string Prefix List Name
you can just use debug ip bgp updates which will give you all bgp
updates or you can add a prefix-list to only show updates with the
prefixes you are interested in.
At least for the xmr.
