[f-nsp] MLX: Failed to get config term buffer

Just FYI, we're now in contact with foundry directly and opened a case
regarding this issue.
By now it seems to be a memory allocation problem in MLX as well as in XMR
series in combination with many bgp sessions.
As far as I know they try to fix that bug in the ironware 39xx.
Until then we can bypass the problem by using a XMR (with 2gb ram) instead
of the MLX (1gb).
