[f-nsp] CPU Usage Problem ( Text )

Hello Everyone ,

This is my first message . ( I'm sorry for my english )

We've BigIron 4000 . This week , we buy NetScaler RS9800 Application 
Switch and impelement our network desing .

Now our network shema

Foundry - NetScaler ( Transparent ) - Mikrotik ( Transparent ) - Cisco 
3560 ( DF GW )

When any server recieve 100k+ SYN package , netscaler handle this 
connection but Foundry CPU usage is %100 . NetScaler reply all SYN 
packages ( SYN ACK ) and i think foundry crash it .

What can i do ?
