[f-nsp] MLX: Failed to get config term buffer

Sounds like a bug that hit the RX platform and was fixed in 2.4.00d / 
2.5.00b surfaced on MLX as well.  Although the symptom on that platform 
was "Out of display buffers".

I've heard of a second report of this via a different channel.  Let's 
hope Foundry fixes it soon.
