[f-nsp] Foundry XMR to Cisco 7600 LACP mpls

We have done LACP between XMR and 7600. The only thing you would need to
think about is to raise the MTU on the eth interfaces so it will be more
than the standards. Other than that It would be strange if it dosen't
work.
