[f-nsp] Load balancers with a SOAP interface/scriptable configuration?

Hi There,

SNMP works wonders for us in this exact scenario. We have a set of 
scripts which allow us to do a fair bit of stuff without any access to 
the systems. Its a fairly easy to understand MIB.
