[f-nsp] 10G-XFP-LR optics used on short links

Hi Erick,

I have done with 1000Base-LX SFP on 2Km links. I think it will be no
problem too on 10GBase-LR XFP since it use the same wavelength and
likely characteristic of TX and RX. On the datasheet, there is 0-10Km
of range specification.
