[f-nsp] FESX424 FastIron Edge console access

Thanks to all who replied to this,  someone mentioned this is a
"feature" to 100% secure the unit, and in this mode without finding its
IP, it needs to be sent to foundry to be reset, disabling it in config
totally disables it, boot mode and all.
