[f-nsp] Port state blocking?

On the FES/FESX line(at least in the OS after ~3.5 or so) it will say 'disable' in the config if it's disabled but there will be no mention of 'enable' if it is enabled. Moreover, the 'sh int br' command will show 'Disab' if a port is disabled. I believe it is the same in the SIGT series, but someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Have you tried enabling the port? Shouldn't your interface config
look like this:

interface ethernet 4/9
enable
ip address 192.168.0.77 255.255.255.0
!
That is necessary on our Foundry gear; maybe this is different?
